The BS twin-shaft shredder can process a wide variety of solid and waste materials. Compared to single-shaft shredders, this series offers lower speeds, higher torque, and improved efficiency. It is widely used for recycling industrial waste, municipal solid waste, and other mixed waste. Its compact design and split-type chassis and bearing housing facilitate easy maintenance. Since it lacks a screen, it is often used for primary crushing, with particle size determined by the thickness of the blades.
Feeding: Material enters the twin-shaft shredder's crushing chamber through a feed hopper.
Crushing: Two motors operate simultaneously, driving a reducer that in turn rotates the crushing shaft.
Shear and Push: Two counter-rotating blades on the crushing shaft shear against each other, shredding the solid waste.
